IMPHEAT / IMPHEAT-II

Nissin’s IMPHEAT-II is a highly productive and reliable implanter for High Temperature SIC applications.  IMPHEAT-II is the second generation of widely proliferated and recognized HEAT products.  IMPHEAT tools are flexible and can implant at room or high temperature implants without any hardware changes.   IMPHEAT/HEAT-II offers precise beam angle control and correction function along with competitive cost of ownership.

EXCEED 3000 is a proven customer recognized reliable and highly productive implanter.  The EXCEED platform is known for its low cost of ownership and ease of maintenance. The EXCEED 3000-AH is also capable of running thin and Ultra-thin wafers.

EXCEED 400HY

The 400HY is capable of Hydrogen implants up to 400KeV.  Based upon the EXCEED platform which is known for is low cost of ownership and ease of maintenance.  The 400HY is optimized for use in VCSEL and Power Devices.
